- Pack the product securely to prevent damage during shipping.
- Send the item to the return address (this information will be provided to you by email).
Once we have received and inspected the item, we will process your refund.
3. Refund Conditions
Once we receive the item, we will send a confirmation that the return has been registered.
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
